Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all vinyl, CDs, or apparel are in brand new, unplayed, and unworn condition.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
